The XPERIA X1 combines a 3 inch wide display and a full QWERTY keyboard in cool metal-finish body. The X1 is a PDA phone with a good offering of features; it will be available in Solid Black & Steel Silver. The X1 features the latest Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 software allowing you to action a range of activities on the move. You can surf the net and send emails wherever you may be. The phone also has HSDPA for super fast internet surfing; this offers speeds of up to 3.6 Mbps! Should your mobile network not offer this service you can also connect to any of the thousands of Hot Spots around the UK.

The X1 comes with a 3.15 megapixel camera with autofocus, flash and video record. There is also a secondary camera located on the front of the phone; this is primarily used for video calling. Sony Ericsson have utilised the big screen rather well by giving the handset a built in GPS receiver meaning you will never get lost going from A to B again. There is a music player which is capable of playing MP3 & AAC formats of music. Storage isn't an issue as there is 400Mb of internal memory and the ability to expand this with the use of a microSD memory card.

Other features of the XPERIA X1 include a FM Radio with RDS, Bluetooth technology with A2DP and TrackID music recognition software. The phone is also Tri-Band so will work is countries such as America.
