Nokia C6-01

The Nokia C6-01 has arrived! Not to be confused with the Nokia C6 although they are similar. Main differences being that the C6-01 lacks the slide out QWERTY keyboard and adds extra features such as an improved operating system and a higher resolution camera of 8 megapixels! The C6-01 is one first Nokia handsets to use their ClearBlack display, which is an AMOLED touchscreen and dark colours are darker than before and the whole display has been optimised for use in direct sunlight and outside use, this also helps the battery life.

As mentioned the C6-01 has an 8 megapixel camera with video recording and video calling as well as geo tagging that tags the photo with the location of where it was taken. It is fully integrated for social networking such as Facebook, which is fast and easy with the use of 3G HSDPA connectivity and Wi-Fi connectivity for connection to tens of thousands of hotspots around the UK.

In terms of entertainment the C6-01 has a built in multi media player capable of playing most formats of music and video and a selection of games that can be expanded with a quick visit to the virtual Ovi store. Other features to mention are; an FM Radio, GPS navigation, WebTV and office document editor allowing you to edit files such as Word, Excel ,PowerPoint and PDF.
