LG Optimus GT540

The Optimus GT540 is a mid range smartphone from LG it offers a wide range of features but at a fraction of the cost compared to most other smartphones. The phone it self looks amazing in its polished casing and sleek design.

The GT540 has a large 3 inch TFT touchscreen with a built in accelerometer sensor this allows the screen to auto rotate depending on how the phone is held. There is a 3.15 megapixel camera with video recording, autofocus, blink detection and geo-tagging. Geo-tagging simply tags the photo with the location of where it was taken so that it can then be displayed on a map. The phone has social networking on the brain with its integration of Faceboook and Twitter and live updates it allows keeping in touch a walk in the park! To make keeping in touch even easier the phone has Wi-Fi for a super fast connection to thousands of hotspots around the UK and even for when your at home!

Other features of the LG Optimus GT540 include a media player that is capable of playing most file types of music and video. To compliment this the phone has a microSD memory card slot allowing you to expand the memory of the phone up to 32Gb! The phone only has 139Mb of internal memory so expanded the memory would be a must to use the phone to its full potential! There is also an FM Radio with RDS, GPS navigation and Bluetooth.
