The HTC U Play is a phone that has been perfectly designed to fit in the palm of your hand and offers an array of high-end features, complete with a 5.2†Super LCD touchscreen with Corning Gorilla Glass, this phone offers something quite a lot in what is now considered to be a small chassis.
If offers not one but two 16 Megapixel cameras, one located on the front this is perfect for video calls and taking those all important selfies. The other located on the rear of the phone, this offers; autofocus, a dual-LED flash, geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection and a panorama function. You can also record videos in 1080p (HD) quality.
The HTC U Play comes in a choice of colours; Brilliant Black, Cosmetic Pink, Ice White or Sapphire Blue. Whichever colour you choose is perfect for showing off the handsets liquid surface, that allows like to be reflected from any angle and gives it a real standout quality.

Although there isn't a choice of internal memory, (all U Play models come with 32GB) you can expand the memory by a further 256GB with the use of a microSD memory card. There is a reasonable 2500 mAh battery which should last most users a day, figures from HTC state that they will last up to 427 hours standby and up to 15 hours talk time, but you should always take those with a pinch of salt. Fast charging is on hand to charge the battery to 60% capacity in just 30 minutes.
HTC USonic takes listening to music to the next level, understanding that every person's inner ear is as unique as a fingerprint, HTC have built technology that analyses your inner ear with a sonic pulse and then adapts the sound to you. A feature which is under utilized is voice recognition, this is a built in feature to the HTC U Play and allows you to unlock your phone, dismiss or snooze an alarm or send messages just by using your voice.
There is a fingerprint reader for extra security, allowing you to secure your phone just by using your fingerprint, there is a PIN code fail safe should you need it.
