Extremely easy to use and it is nice to be able to use either touch screen (which has been improved since the blackberry storm) and to have the option to use regular keypad.
Slight problem with calls as when you place your face on the touch screen sometimes you mute yourself or put the other person on hold. Overall though, it is a very good phone!

I love this phone! I have previously owned the Blackberry Curve 8520 which I liked, but the torch beats it hands down! The web browser is a million times better, almost as good or as good as the iPhone in my opinion! Typing is great with the option of the touch screen as well as the great blackberry keyboard. The camera is of a good standard, and it is ten times more responsive with it's 3G capabilities, and new Operating system. The only little nag I would have is like other BlackBerry's, it sometimes has a tendency to freeze, but this is very rare and is sorted out immediately by taking the battery out and putting it back in. All in all I absolutely love this phone and would definitely recommend it!

The Blackberry Torch is a fantastic smart phone. You get the best of both worlds with a touch screen as well as a full QWERTY keyboard. The keyboard makes it a great phone for texting, instant messaging and emailing, whilst the touch screen is perfect for browsing the web, watching Youtube videos etc. The phone has 3G and WiFi so browsing and using appkications such as Facebook and Twitter is generally pretty quick. It comes with a 4Gb microSD card. I really don't have a bad word to say about it, highly recommended.

Has a good battery life for a BlackBerry. Very stylish easy to use buttons isn't too small and in general this phone is the best on the market so far.

Have had the Blackberry Torch for 3 months now and the experience just gets better and better. Some headlines include;
Touch screen in portrait or Landscape, slide up front to reveal QWERTY keyboard, all social media automatic links with email and Picture message functionality, great camera which actually takes decent photos ( handy for that instant snap), long battery life
Couple of irritations;
can turn off handset mid call as touch screen is very sensitive ( this can be adjusted in settings, but I still manage it), quite heavy compared to other touch screens, but it is effectively two phones in one and it was easy to get used to.
Good buy, would highly reccommend!

Having dropped this a few times, I can safely say that it is a very hardy little device. Maybe not as fast or powerful as many other smartphone’s but it has never had a single problem in a whole year.

Practical, easy to use device...seems to be a bit more robust than many of the previous BlackBerry's that have passed through my hands.
I don't find it fiddly and like the 'proper' keyboard as can't abide the virtual ones.
Any downsides - not according to me...

This phone has good features and combines touch screen with QWERTY keypad. Downloading, updating applications and software is easy. However the phone is bulky and can be slow. The internet browser is also slower than older versions of blackberry phones and no amount of updating or changing has managed to make it any faster. Camera quality is average but has a good range of settings for different situations.
The worst aspect is memory capacity which is not large. Best aspect is obviously blackberry messenger. Overall it is an average phone.
