The Apple iPhone 5S has a sleek modern look with an aluminium shell, Corning Gorilla Glass to protect the 4 inch touchscreen from scratches complete with an oleophobic coating, which is a protection layer on the screen designed to minimise finger print marks on the screen. The home button and camera lens have been protected with sapphire crystal.
The iPhone 5s is available in a number of colours such as Space Gray, Silver or Gold. You can also choose between 16, 32 or 64GB of internal memory. You cannot expand this further though so choose carefully!
There is a built in fingerprint reader that Apple have dubbed Touch ID, it is put to use by simply placing your finger over the home button.

The Apple iPhone 5s features a 8 Megapixel camera with autofocus, a dual-LED flash, touch focus, geo-tagging and a panorama mode. The lens is also 15% larger letting in more light. Continuous burst mode allows you to to take 10 shots in a second. There is a secondary 1.2 megapixel camera located on the front of the phone, which is good for FaceTime.
The iPhone 5s ships with iOS 7 but is upgradable to iOS 10.2. There is a 1560 mAh battery most users will struggle to get a day's usage out of this. So prepared to have a spare charger!
